We want you to love your OLIPHANT pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to all returned items to cover processing and shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
